The Sciatica Notebook is paid for by its readers, indirectly. When a page links to a product and you buy it through that link, the site may receive a commission from the seller. You pay exactly the same price.

Which links are affiliate links

The coral buttons, and a few links on review pages, go to a product's official site through an affiliate link. In the page code they're marked as sponsored. Any article with one says so in a short note under the headline.

What stays independent

No brand pays to be reviewed or to see a page before it goes live. Evidence grades come from the published studies, and I say so when a product's information is missing, such as doses that aren't published.
